Standalone Package Protection
How prepaid packages work, in plain terms — so there are no surprises at the front desk.
- Packages are prepaid and service specific
- Packages are not mix and match
- Packages may only be used by the patient listed on the package account
- Packages cannot be shared or transferred
- Packages do not expire
- Packages are not refundable after first use
- Unused packages may be refunded within 7 days if no services have been used
- Packages cannot be converted into Recovery Club credits, membership payments, retail credit, chiropractic packages, or cash value
- Packages cannot be used for services submitted to insurance
Important Membership Terms
Clear terms, so you always know exactly what your membership includes.
Rollover Rules
Unused recovery credits may roll over for one additional billing cycle only on Elevate, Signature, and Elite tiers. Foundation credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle. A member total available credit balance may not exceed two times the monthly credit allowance. Expired credits have no cash value and may not be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or applied toward future membership payments.
Birthday Bonus Credit
Active Recovery Club members receive one birthday bonus recovery credit during their birthday month. Birthday bonus credits must be used during the birthday month, do not roll over, hold no cash value, and may not be transferred, refunded, exchanged, or applied toward membership payments.
Signature Upgrade
Signature members receive one monthly upgrade from a 1 credit region based service to a 2 credit region based service. The upgrade is limited to one use per billing cycle and does not roll over.
Elite Premium Enhancement
Elite members receive one monthly premium enhancement equal to one added focused 1 credit service during an eligible recovery visit when clinically appropriate and scheduling allows.
Family Sharing
Family sharing is limited to named same household family members listed on the membership account. All family members must have their own patient profile, completed intake forms, and provider clearance before receiving care.
Compression Rules
Complimentary compression recovery sessions are included based on membership tier and are subject to scheduling availability. Compression sessions do not roll over, hold no cash value, and may not be exchanged for credits, cash, retail, membership payments, or other services. Once your included sessions for the month are used, additional compression sessions may be added for 1 recovery credit or $30 each.
